This patch ensures that AppVeyor copies over libssp-0.dll and zlib1.dll to src/test/ to make sure we can run text-process.exe from our slow tests. See: https://bugs.torproject.org/28179

is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
To build Tor from source:
./configure && make && make install
To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
