No functional changes, but since NoKeepAliveIsolateSOCKSAuth isn't part of isoflag, it should be checked where all other similar options are, and bypass the (no-op) masking at the end.

is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
To build Tor from source:
./configure && make && make install
