Nick Mathewson e82e600d6e Here is a test for memwipe. 
It invokes undefined behavior, I'm afraid, since there's no other
c-legal way to test whether memwipe() works when we're not allowed to
look at it.

Closes ticket 15377.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install
