Alexander Færøy d86c45bf5c Fix memory leak in client_likes_consensus(). 
This patches fixes a memory leak in client_likes_consensus() where if
consensus_cache_entry_get_voter_id_digests() would fail we would return
without having free'd the voters list.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install
