* Make tor_tls_context_new internal to tortls.c, and return the new tor_tls_context_t from it. * Add a public tor_tls_context_init wrapper function to replace it.

between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
To build Tor from source:
./configure && make && make install
