Mike Perry a90f165b83 Rename first_hop to circ_attempt. 
Since we've generalized what we can count from (first or second hop), we
should generalize the variable and constant naming too.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
