Nick Mathewson 850c990144 Fix a bug in channel_dump_statistics 
We were calling channel_get_actual_remote_descr() before we used the
output of a previous channel_get_canonical_remote_descr(), thus
invalidating its output.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
