Nick Mathewson 7c52109641 Disable a single pbkdf2 test vector 
The other test vectors are pretty complete, and get full coverage, I
believe.

This one test vector accounted for half the time spent in
test-slow.  "Now that's slow!"

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install
