Nick Mathewson 70e7d28b3e Generate our x509 certificates using sha256, not sha1. 
All supported Tors (0.2.4+) require versions of openssl that can
handle this.

Now that our link certificates are RSA2048, this might actually help
vs fingerprinting a little.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
