KeepAliveIsolateSOCKSAuth as a SOCKSPort option.
This controls the circuit dirtyness reset behavior added for Tor Browser's user experience fix (#15482). Unlike previous iterations of this patch, the tunable actually works, and is documented.

between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
To build Tor from source:
./configure && make && make install
