Before running make test-network-all, delete old logs and test result
files, to avoid spurious failures.

Fixes bug 27295; bugfix on 0.2.7.3-rc.

is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
