Tor now sets IPv6 preferences on rewrite_node_address_for_bridge() even if there is only ri or rs. It always warns about them. Also Tor now sets the IPv6 address in rs as well as it sets the one in ri. Fixes #24572 on9e9edf7in 0.2.4.5-alpha. Fixes #24573 onc213f27in 0.2.8.2-alpha.
