We'll eventually want to do more work here to make sure that the ports are stable over multiple invocations. Otherwise, turning your node on and off will get you a new DirPort/ORPort needlessly.
Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
