If a file doesn't use the file command (either \file or @file), Doxygen won't try to process it. These declarations also turned up a doxygen warning for crypto_ope.c; I fixed that too.

is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.
To build Tor from source:
./configure && make && make install
To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
