Nick Mathewson 2f589e1057 Use event_base_new(), not event_init(), to detect libevent 2. 
(event_init() is obsoleted in libevent 2.)

Fixes bug 21051; bugfix on 0.2.9.1-alpha when we dropped libevent 1
support.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
