Nick Mathewson 2ca827104d Report deleted consensuses as NOT_FOUND rather than AVAILABLE 
This bug happened because of a bogus pointer check in
consdiffmgr_find_consensus(), not in any released Tor.

Fixes CID 1409670.  Good catch, Coverity!

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
