Nick Mathewson 15596f6c0c Fix a memory leak in tortls/openssl/try_to_extract_certs_from_tls 
Since this is an "intrusive" test, it only shows up for openssl <1.1

This is a bugfix on 0.3.5.x; bug not in any released Tor.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
        sh autogen.sh && ./configure && make && make install
