teor 150a2b39b0 fixup! Add expect_log_msg_containing_either3() and expect_log_msg_containing_either4() 
Fix typos:
    * extra '('
    * use assert_log_predicate (without 3 or 4 at the end)

Tidy whitespace.
Wrap long lines.

Tor protects your privacy on the internet by hiding the connection
between your Internet address and the services you use. We believe Tor
is reasonably secure, but please ensure you read the instructions and
configure it properly.

To build Tor from source:
        ./configure && make && make install

To build Tor from a just-cloned git repository:
