IvanI3 ce3e2dba0a Handle empty "" domain in query top list correctly (#1790) 
If an empty domains requests "" in top queries we get "PHP Notice:  Undefined offset: 2 in /var/www/html/admin/api_FTL.php on line 107" in web-server logs.
This workaround suppress this error.

David Beitey effcd907cd Make entire Forgot Password box header clickable (#1917) 
This adjusts the markup for the Forgot Password box such that the entire
box header (the text, whitespace and plus/minus icon) is interactive.
Previous behaviour of clicking the icon remains the same.

This also improves the markup/spacing inside the box's content.

RD WebDesign 52080a1088 Background colors on Query log + striped table (#1916) 
Improves PR #1893

The CSS for the background was created using "!important", to force the background colors for blocked/allowed on the table lines, but this introduced a visual problem: all lines have the same backgrounds. No more striped tables.

To solve this, I moved the effect from the `tr` tags to `td` tags. Now the rows (tr) have striped backgrounds and the cells adds the color layer.
