Upgrade to Capacitor 7
...
Necessary workarounds:
- capacitor-navigation-bar: We now directly include a patched version of
the plugin, as the original repo seems to be unmaintained atm and
currently. The patched version works with Capacitor 7.
- We need to set the statusbar overlay to false on mount, as true seems
to be the new default. Otherwise the top menu items would clip into
the Android statusbar.

Make sure fallback language is always loaded
...
Only the target language was being loaded into the client. This caused
untranslated strings to be shown with their key instead of the fallback
language (English). We now make sure to always load the default locale.
Fixes #1047

Fix border radius on video titles ( #1032 )
...
Video titles had inherited a border radius that was causing the top left of the text to be clipped off. I added a line to the CSS definitions in the Thumbnail component to set the border-radius to 0px, which should fix the issue.
