Mcat12 3f66e9015a Add prompt for users to update Pi-hole ...

Since whitelisting from the web interface needs sudo, the
Pi-hole core side needs to be updated to v2.6.4. That version
installs the sudoers file needed to run pihole commands.
Without that sudoers file installed, the web interface
cannot make any changes.
