DL6ER 496741ce99 Generate and log simple backtrace on SIGSEGV, although much less powerful than inside the debugger (e.g., it cannot give precise line numbers) it should at least be able to show in which function the crash happened

DL6ER d097f94185 Don't handle SIGINT any longer as dnsmasq is using it now for to turn on DNSSEC time validation when "--dnssec-no-timecheck" is in use.
