feat: add touch support for catalog drag and drop
...
- Add TouchSensor and MouseSensor from @dnd-kit/core
- Configure touch sensor with delay and tolerance for better mobile UX
- Add mouse sensor with minimum distance to prevent accidental drags
- Update DndContext to use both sensors
This enables catalog reordering on mobile devices.

refactor: remove streaming from addon URL

- Remove streaming from AddonConfig interface
- Remove streaming from URL generation
- Keep streaming state derived from selected catalogs
This change simplifies the configuration by deriving streaming services from catalog selection.

feat: add URL configuration loader

- Add loadConfigFromUrl function to parse and load settings from URL
- Implement automatic config loading on component mount
- Add URL state cleanup after loading
- Update ConfigContext type to include new loader function
This allows users to share their addon configuration through URLs.
